I made SafelySpend because way back when I started my own retirement planning journey, I couldn’t find the help I was looking for.

I wanted an easy way to see how my savings would last over the course of my retirement, factoring in my spending, income sources, and taxes, while accounting for market volatility and inflation.

What I found instead were an endless barrage of free online calculators that over-promised and under-delivered.

Then there were the complicated and expensive financial planning programs that asked you for way too much personal information, inundated you with financial jargon, and presented an array of confusing dashboards that you’d need a degree in personal finance to make any sense of.

So after years of roadblocks, I finally decided to take what I'd learned from a decade of leadership in mobile app development and build the retirement planning tool I'd been searching for.

I made SafelySpend for regular every day people, to give us all the peace of mind we deserve when it comes to planning and enjoying our retirement.
